Our NanoTransformer® technology enhances bioavailability by improving solubility of molecular drugs.
GMP Manufacturing Equipment
N-granule®, a mixture of nanodrug coated carrier excipient, generated by NanoTransformer® is ready to be formulated into oral, pulmonary, nasal, or other finished dosage forms.
The machine uses the Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) principle, inside an ultra high-vacuum chamber. The process generates drug nanoparticles without lipids, polymers or solvents.
TransformaBio uses a GMP facility under a co-manufacturing agreement with Mikart, LLC. We manufacture N-Granule® in clinical batch sizes of 1-10kg
